Hi, I’m Chad Miller—the owner, operator, buyer, photographer, packer, and customer-service contact behind every order from More4less Outlet. There is no corporate team, outsourced warehouse, or drop-shipping network behind the site. When you contact the store, you are dealing directly with me.

I built More4less Outlet around a simple idea: good products should not have to stay out of reach just because the price is high. I personally source, inspect, list, pack, and ship the inventory, then put the same care into the small-batch goods I make in my own workshop.

How I Keep Prices Low

The “secret” is not a secret at all: I do the work myself and keep unnecessary overhead low. Labor is one of the largest costs in retail, so I choose to handle the day-to-day work personally instead of building layers of overhead into every price.

I also source each item myself. Rather than relying on a supplier to set a starting cost, I actively look for legitimate closeouts, seasonal markdowns, retail overstock, and other value opportunities. When I find a quality item at a lower cost, I aim to pass that value along instead of simply marking it up as high as possible.

That may mean finding a hard-to-find item at the end of a season, a premium product that was previously out of reach, or a single piece of inventory at a price that makes sense. My goal is straightforward: buy carefully, price fairly, and be honest about what is being sold.

In my on-site workshop, I also create small-batch handmade goods with care and attention to detail—from engraved and hand-finished home pieces to the Vixen Skincare line. I take the same approach with every item I make: use thoughtful materials, be clear about what it is, and only offer work I am proud to put my name behind.

Why There Is an Optional Tip at Checkout

Some products are priced very close to my costs after purchase, packing, and shipping. The optional tip is simply there for customers who want to support the work that goes into finding, checking, packing, and sending their order. It is never required or expected, and every customer receives the same care either way.
