Returns & Refund Policy

At More4less Outlet, we are committed to providing massive value through our liquidated overstock and handcrafted artisan goods. Because our profit margins are passed directly to you, we ask that you review our fair-use return policies below before completing your purchase.

We proudly offer a 60-Day Return Window from the original date of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a refund, returned merchandise must be returned in the exact condition it was received: untouched, unaltered, and securely housed within its original, unopened packaging.

  • Health, Beauty, & Skincare: For safety and hygiene regulations, we absolutely cannot accept returns on cosmetics, skincare, or wellness items if the manufacturer safety seal has been broken or removed.

  • Quality Assurance Verification: Every order that leaves our Burlington, Kentucky facility is photographed prior to shipping. Returned items must directly match our pre-shipment quality logs to qualify for a refund.

2. How to Start a Return
We make the process simple. If you need to return an item:

  1. Email Us: Contact our fulfillment team at Chad@more4lessoutlet.com with your Order Number and reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: We will reply within 1 business day with your Return Authorization and the correct warehouse mailing address.

  3. Ship it Back: Securely pack the item and drop it off with the shipping carrier.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Customer Preference ("Change of Mind"): If you are returning an item because you ordered the wrong size, model, or simply changed your mind, you are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.

  • Restocking Fee: We never charge restocking fees. ($0.00 Restocking Fee).

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is defective out of the box, or if your package was visibly damaged by the postal carrier during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Chad@more4lessoutlet.com. Include photos of the damage. We will utilize our archived pre-shipment QA photographs to assist with carrier claims and work quickly to provide you with a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and visually inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the credit to officially post to your original method of payment, depending on your bank's processing times.
