Refund Policy
Every order at More4less Outlet is personally inspected, photographed, and fulfilled directly from Burlington, Kentucky. Because I operate as a single‑owner business with extremely low margins, all refunds and returns follow the rules below. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in the exact condition it was delivered: unopened, unused, and still sealed in its original manufacturer packaging.
- Health, Beauty & Skincare: Items cannot be returned if the manufacturer’s safety seal has been broken or removed.
- Quality Verification: Every order is photographed before shipment. Returned items must match these pre‑shipment QA photos to qualify for a refund.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer.
2. How to Start a Return
To request a return, email Chad@more4lessoutlet.com with your Order Number and reason for the return. I will reply within 1 business day with your Return Authorization and the correct mailing address.
Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label for all “change of mind” returns, including wrong size, wrong item ordered, or no longer wanting the product.
No restocking fees.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective out of the box or the postal carrier visibly damaged the package during transit, contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage.
I will provide my pre‑shipment QA photos to support your claim.
4. Carrier‑Caused Damage (USPS Insurance Requirement)
All USPS Ground Advantage shipments include up to $100 of insurance. If damage occurs after USPS takes possession of the package, the issue becomes a carrier‑handled insurance claim.
Because the customer physically possesses the damaged item and packaging, USPS requires the recipient to file the claim. USPS may request:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- The item itself for inspection
- Proof of delivery condition
I will assist by providing:
- Pre‑shipment QA photos
- Proof of value
- Any documentation USPS requests

5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to post to your original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing times.
6. Non‑Refundable Situations
- Items returned used, opened, or altered
- Items not matching pre‑shipment QA photos
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items damaged by USPS without a filed USPS claim
- Items marked as Final Sale
7. Proof of Fulfillment
Every shipment is photographed alongside its USPS tracking waybill before leaving my facility. These photos serve as proof of:
- Correct item fulfillment
- Condition before transit
- Shipment acceptance by USPS
This documentation may be used to dispute false claims or chargebacks.
