Condition Verification & Documentation

Every item is hand‑inspected and photographed before shipment. These pre‑shipment QA photos serve as proof of condition and may be used to support carrier insurance claims if damage occurs during transit.

Carrier‑Caused Damage & Insurance Claims

All USPS Ground Advantage shipments include up to $100 of insurance. If damage occurs after USPS takes possession of the package, the issue becomes a carrier‑handled insurance claim.

Because the customer physically possesses the damaged item and packaging, USPS requires the recipient to file the claim. USPS may request:

Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
The item itself for inspection
Proof of delivery condition

These requirements can only be fulfilled by the customer. More4less Outlet will assist by providing pre‑shipment QA photos, proof of value, and any documentation USPS requests, but the claim must be filed by the customer as required by USPS policy.
