ASTEPRO Allergy Antihistamine Nasal Spray — 200 Metered Sprays is a steroid-free OTC antihistamine nasal spray labeled for temporary relief of nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and itchy nose caused by hay fever or other upper-respiratory allergies. This package provides 200 metered sprays at 205.5 mcg azelastine HCl per spray.

Temporarily relieves nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and itchy nose due to hay fever or other upper-respiratory allergies.

Directions

Read the enclosed User Guide for priming, use, and nozzle cleaning. Prime before first use and again if the bottle has not been used for 3 or more days.

• Adults and children 12 years and older: Either 2 sprays in each nostril once daily, or 1–2 sprays in each nostril every 12 hours. Do not exceed 4 sprays in each nostril in 24 hours.
• Children ages 6–11: An adult must supervise use. Use 1 spray in each nostril every 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 sprays in each nostril in 24 hours.
• Children under 6: Do not use.

Warnings

• For use in the nose only. Do not spray into the eyes or mouth.
• Do not use if you have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any ingredient.
• Ask a doctor before use if you have had recent nose ulcers or surgery, or an unhealed nose injury.
• Drowsiness may occur. Avoid alcohol; sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness. Use care when driving or operating machinery.
• A bitter taste, nasal discomfort, or sneezing may occur. Tilt the head downward while spraying to help reduce bitter taste.
• Do not share the bottle because doing so may spread germs.
• Stop use and ask a doctor if an allergic reaction occurs or if you have severe or frequent nosebleeds.
• If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
• Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact Poison Control promptly.

Inactive Ingredients

Benzalkonium chloride, edetate disodium, hypromellose, purified water, sodium citrate, sorbitol, and sucralose.

Storage & Package Integrity

• Store at 68°–77°F (20°–25°C) and protect from freezing.
• Keep the carton and enclosed User Guide.
• Do not use if the tape marked “sealed for your protection” on the top and bottom carton flaps is not intact.
• Do not use after the expiration date printed on the package.
