One four-light pendant fixture with four clear glass shades. Bulbs and installation tools are not included. This is a hardwired ceiling fixture for a 120-volt, 60 Hz electrical supply and a grounded junction box.

Turn off power at the main electrical panel before installation, replacement or bulb changes. Installation must meet local, state and national electrical codes; use a qualified electrician if you are not familiar with electrical wiring. Never exceed the maximum bulb wattage marked on the fixture. Switch off and allow at least 20 minutes to cool before working on it. Keep away from flammable materials and liquids, and do not open the fixture housing.

The bulb and fixture can become hot during use. Excess bulb wattage can cause a fire hazard or damage. If glass replacement is necessary, the instructions specify tempered safety glass of equal thickness; consult a qualified professional rather than substituting unsuitable glass.
