The black JLab Epic Mouse 2 is a full-size, right-handed wireless mouse with a thumb rest. Switch between standard and free-spinning Infinity scrolling, or tilt the wheel to move horizontally. Two Bluetooth slots and a USB-C receiver connection let you select among three paired devices.

  • Connections: Bluetooth 5.2 or the included 2.4 GHz USB-C dongle.

Setup and charging

For receiver mode, plug the dongle into a compatible USB-C port and turn on the mouse. For Bluetooth, select a Bluetooth slot, enter pairing mode and choose “JLab Epic Mouse 2” in device settings. Press the connection selector to change devices; the mouse controls the selected device rather than three computers simultaneously. Follow the supplied guide for charging and operating-system mode selection.

Does it work with Windows, Mac and Chromebook?

JLab lists Windows, macOS and Chrome OS for mouse operation. Your computer still needs a compatible Bluetooth connection or USB-C receiver port. This is not a promise that every button shortcut works in every application or operating-system version.

Can I customize the buttons on every platform?

JLab’s current Work App download page offers Windows and Mac versions. Its manual requires the USB-C dongle to be connected for customization. Chrome OS mouse compatibility does not establish Chromebook support for the customization software. Check the current app requirements before buying for a managed school or work computer.

I’d start with standard scrolling for spreadsheets, then try Infinity mode for a long document; the toggle lets you choose without changing mice.
