Mary Kay Clear Proof Clarifying Cleansing Gel combines everyday cleansing with an over-the-counter acne medication. Its 2% salicylic acid is intended to help manage acne and prevent new pimples, while the rinse-off gel removes dirt and excess oil. You receive one 4.5 oz. / 127 g tube; please read the altered-packaging details below before ordering.

Unboxed tube with a trimmed crimp

This tube comes without its outer retail box. Prior retailer markings were removed before resale, and the tube’s top crimp edge was trimmed. This is altered packaging, so it should not be treated as an untouched factory-sealed package.

Directions

1. Cleanse the skin thoroughly before applying the medication.
2. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer, then rinse thoroughly.
3. Start with one application daily. If needed, gradually increase to two or three times daily, or follow your doctor’s advice.
4. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce use to once daily or every other day.

For external use only. Using another topical acne medication at the same time can increase dryness or irritation; if irritation occurs, use only one topical acne medication at a time.
