Moen Host EX75c 3/4 HP Corded Garbage Disposal

Make meal cleanup easier with a cord-ready disposal

The Moen Host EX75c grinds everyday food scraps with a 3/4 HP VORTEX permanent-magnet motor, while SoundSHIELD insulation helps reduce operating noise. Its pre-installed, removable power cord and fit with most existing three-bolt mounts can simplify a compatible replacement. This continuous-feed unit is new in its original retail box; light shelf wear may be present on some boxes.

Important installation information

Please confirm your sink, drain, electrical, and dishwasher requirements before ordering. The unit is hardwire-capable; follow the manufacturer installation instructions and applicable local codes.

Using and caring for the disposal

Remove the stopper and start a medium flow of cold water before switching on the disposal. Feed food scraps gradually. Continue running the disposal and cold water for about 15 seconds after grinding finishes, then switch it off.

Never put your fingers or hands inside. Disconnect power before clearing a jam, removing an object or taking out the splash guard. Use long-handled tongs or pliers for objects. Keep glass, metal, plastic, whole large bones, shellfish shells, hot grease and chemical drain cleaners out of the disposal.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The unit has a pre-installed removable cord. Hardwiring requires the correct grounded electrical installation.

Should I use hot or cold water?

Use cold water while grinding. Keep it running briefly after grinding finishes to carry waste through the drain.
