Nature's Way Umcka Cold Relief contains Pelargonium sidoides 1X, a plant-based homeopathic ingredient. It is marketed to shorten the duration and reduce the severity of common-cold symptoms such as cough, congestion, hoarseness and sore throat. The cherry-flavored syrup is non-drowsy. You receive one new, unboxed 4 fl oz (120 mL) bottle.

Ingredients
Formula: Pelargonium sidoides 1X. Inactive ingredients: aronia juice, citric acid, ethyl alcohol, fructose, glycerin, maltodextrin, natural flavor, potassium sorbate, purified water. Alcohol content: 0.05%. NDC: 53499-6273-5.
Directions
Shake well before each use. Measure with the manufacturer's dosage cup. Do not use a kitchen spoon. Start at the first sign of symptoms and continue for 48 hours after symptoms stop.
- Adults and children 13 and older: 7.5 mL (1½ teaspoons), three times daily.
- Children ages 6–12: 5 mL (1 teaspoon), three times daily.
- Children ages 1–5: 2.5 mL (½ teaspoon), three times daily.
Warnings
Get prompt medical advice for a severe sore throat, one lasting more than 2 days, or one accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting. Ask a doctor before use for chronic or persistent cough, cough with excessive mucus, medication use, or an allergy to plants in the Geraniaceae family. Stop use and ask a doctor for new or worsening symptoms, symptoms lasting more than 7 days, fever that worsens or lasts more than 3 days, or cough with rash or persistent headache. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In overdose, get medical help or contact Poison Control immediately.
