Solaray Zinc provides 50 mg of zinc in an amino acid chelate complex, a form bonded to amino acids. Zinc supports normal immune function, healthy skin, bones and muscles, and everyday cellular function. Each vegan capsule also contains 50 mg of pumpkin seed. One bottle contains 100 VegCaps.

High-strength zinc: Each capsule supplies 50 mg. NIH lists an adult upper intake limit of 40 mg daily from all sources, except medically supervised use. Ask a healthcare professional whether this strength and duration are suitable for you, especially if your multivitamin also contains zinc. Long-term excess zinc can lower copper levels. Do not add copper automatically without professional advice.
