Important safety information

Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not take this product with an MAO-inhibitor antidepressant because it contains tyrosine. Thorne also advises against using its 5-MTHF during methotrexate cancer therapy because it may interfere with treatment. Consult your prescriber before use with SSRIs, other antidepressants or other prescription medicines, or if you have a medical condition. Do not stop or change prescribed treatment to use this supplement.

Do not use if you have a history of hypersensitivity to an ingredient. Iodine can cause an allergic reaction in some people. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the bottle seal is broken or missing.

Per two capsules: vitamin C 250 mg; vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate 5 mg; folate 667 mcg DFE from 400 mcg L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate; vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin 550 mcg; pantothenic acid 130 mg; iodine 68 mcg; L-tyrosine 200 mg; 5-hydroxytryptophan 50 mg; eleuthero root extract 50 mg; gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) 50 mg; and rhodiola root extract 50 mg.

Other ingredients on the photographed label: Hypromellose capsule, leucine, calcium laurate, magnesium citrate and silicon dioxide.

Directions and package details

The manufacturer's directions are two capsules twice daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. Follow the supplied bottle label and the contraindications above. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
