Suggested Use and Warnings

Take 3 capsules twice daily, or follow your health-care practitioner’s instructions. If pregnant, consult your health-care practitioner before use. Do not use if allergic to an ingredient. Thorne advises against taking 5-MTHF alongside methotrexate cancer therapy because it may interfere with that treatment; discuss your medicines with your treating clinician before starting.
