Cooling pain relief for minor burns and skin irritation
AfterBurn gel temporarily relieves pain from minor burns, sunburn, cuts, scrapes and minor skin irritation. Lidocaine hydrochloride 2.5% provides topical pain relief, while aloe vera helps moisturize the skin. The cooling gel comes in a 2 fl oz tube with its retail carton.
Uses
For temporary relief of pain associated with minor burns, sunburn, minor cuts, scrapes, and minor skin irritations. For external use only.
Directions
Clean the affected area. Adults and children 2 years and older: apply a small amount to the affected area not more than three times daily. For children under 2, consult a doctor.
Warnings
- Avoid contact with the eyes. If eye contact occurs, flush with water for 15 minutes and call a doctor.
- Do not use in large quantities, particularly over raw surfaces or blistered areas.
- Consult a doctor for deep puncture wounds, animal bites, or serious burns.
- Do not use for more than one week unless directed by a doctor.
- Stop use and ask a doctor if the condition worsens, symptoms persist for more than seven days, or symptoms clear and return within a few days.
- Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact Poison Control immediately.
Ingredients
Active: Lidocaine hydrochloride 2.5%, topical analgesic.
Inactive ingredients: Aloe Vera, Benzalkonium Chloride, Carbomer 980, Glycerol USP, Herbal Fragrance, Menthol, Polysorbate 20, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide.
Contains herbal fragrance and menthol.
