Apples to Apples Family Party Card Game

Apples to Apples is Mattel’s family party game of comparisons. In each round, one player serves as judge and plays a Green Apple description card while the other players choose Red Apple cards from their hands. The judge selects the comparison they like best, and play continues with a new judge.

How It Plays

Players choose the Red Apple card from their hand that they think best matches the Green Apple description card in play. The rotating judge picks the winning comparison.

To start, shuffle the decks and deal five Red Apple cards to each player. Take turns as judge; the first player to collect four Green Apple cards wins. See Mattel’s BGG15 instructions for the complete setup and rules.
