Adjustable knee stability with a comfortable wraparound fit

The DonJoy Bionic Comfort brace supports the sides of your knee while allowing natural bending. Its covered polycentric hinges help limit unwanted side-to-side motion, and the padded open-kneecap design adds support around the patella. A thin, perforated neoprene shell and terry lining make it comfortable to wear, while top and bottom straps let you adjust the fit.

Measure against bare skin while standing with knees slightly bent. Check the center of the kneecap, then 6 inches above and below it. Choose the larger size if measurements fall between sizes.

S/M sizing: knee 13–15 inches (33–38 cm), thigh 15.5–21 inches (39–53 cm), calf 12–16 inches (30–41 cm).

Fitting and care

Loosen the straps and center the kneecap opening. Fasten the lower wraparound flap, then the upper flap. Thread and secure the lower strap before the upper strap. Adjust for a supportive fit that does not restrict circulation. Hand wash with warm water and mild soap, rinse away all soap and let air dry.

Materials and warnings

Manufacturer-listed materials: 48% neoprene, 22% nylon, 18% polyester, 7% rubber and 5% silicone.

Contains natural rubber latex, which may cause an allergic reaction. Do not use if you have known sensitivity to neoprene or its by-products, or over an open wound.
