Using the sleeve and caring for your knife

Hold the bottom of the sharpening sleeve and gently remove the knife with your opposite hand. The sleeve sharpens the blade edge during removal and insertion.

Hand-wash with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly and dry immediately. For safety, wash this knife separately rather than together with other cutlery or utensils.
