Directions on this bottle

Shake the bottle and drink the entire 16 oz over the course of 30 minutes to an hour. The label advises urinating frequently as part of the elimination process. It also advises drinking at least 48 oz of water per day when cleansing and avoiding toxins.

The label recommends taking it on an empty stomach; if you have a sensitive stomach, it permits something light, such as toast or crackers. For adult use only. Not intended for daily use; use no more than twice monthly.
