Application and Removal

1. Clean and dry skin; remove lotions and oils, and trim excess hair. Apply at least one hour before activity.
2. Peel the backing without handling the adhesive. Follow the intended body-area taping pattern. Lay the first and last two inches without stretch, and avoid overstretching the middle.
3. Rub the applied tape gently to activate adhesion. PRO synthetic tape can be worn for up to seven days, but remove it sooner if irritation or discomfort develops.
4. Peel off slowly while supporting the skin. Do not rip it off; baby oil can help loosen stubborn adhesive.

Do not apply over cuts or open wounds. Overstretching or fast removal can cause irritation, blisters or abrasions. Stop using the tape if skin becomes sore, irritated, burning or stinging. Ask your doctor before use if you are pregnant, have cancer or have skin sensitivities.
