The package identifies the eye colors and lip glosses as made in Canada, and the applicator as made in China. It shows a 6M open-jar symbol for the period after opening; that is not a manufacture date.

Use clean cosmetic tools, avoid direct contact with the eye, and do not share eye cosmetics. Keep closed/capped in a cool, dry place. Inspect discontinued new-old-stock cosmetics before use and discard if odor, texture, color, or condition has changed. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
