Important craft and safety information

These components are not food and must not be eaten. This kit contains craft resin. Read and follow the included instructions and all component warnings before starting. Work in a well-ventilated area, avoid inhalation and contact with skin and eyes, and keep younger children and pets away. Use the supplied tweezers instead of fingers to handle uncured resin. Wash hands after use and stop if irritation occurs. MGA highly recommends gloves and eye protection when using resin; those items are not included.

The instructions specify sunlight or a 365 nm UV light to cure the resin; a UV light is not included. Resin can become very warm during curing; let the finished piece cool before touching it. Keep resin and finished components separate from real food, food-storage areas and kitchen supplies. Do not eat or drink in the activity area.

Avoid using resin on broken skin. Use only accessories supplied with the kit or recommended in its instructions, and do not smoke in the activity area. In case of injury, seek medical advice. If swallowed, wash out the mouth and drink fresh water; do not induce vomiting, and seek immediate medical advice.

Allow at least 5 minutes for curing and continue until the resin has hardened, checking only with the supplied tweezers. After use, clean surfaces and equipment with alcohol wipes and store the kit safely away from young children. To set excess resin, leave its bottle open in direct sunlight for at least 5 minutes; do not pour resin down a drain.
