Other ingredients

Tapioca syrup, cane sugar, water. Contains 2% or less of carnauba wax, citric acid, coconut oil, fruit and vegetable juice (color), natural flavors, pectin and sodium citrate.

Formulated without milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, peanuts, wheat, soybeans or sesame ingredients.

Directions and warnings

Adults: take 1 gummy 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the suggested serving. Not for anyone under 18. Use only occasionally and for a short time. This supplement is not intended to treat insomnia or other sleep disorders and does not replace healthy sleep habits.
