Nature's Truth Liposomal Vitamin C provides 1,650 mg of vitamin C in each three-softgel serving to support normal immune function and help protect cells from oxidative stress. The quick release softgels pair vitamin C with a fat-soluble blend of lecithin and MCT oil. One 60-softgel bottle provides 20 daily servings.

Directions
For adults, take three quick release softgels daily, preferably with a meal.
