Frequently Asked Questions

What are the overall dimensions of this towel bar?
The complete fixture measures 20-9/32 inches wide, 2-11/16 inches high and projects 3-25/32 inches from the wall. The nominal 18-inch size is the distance between the mounting-post centers, not the total outside width.

Are the mounting screws visible after installation?
No. The Pfister Rhen towel bar uses a concealed screw mounting system where the mounting posts lock over internal wall brackets using discreet set screws on the bottom.

Is the mounting hardware included in the box?
Yes, the factory box includes the metal mounting brackets, drywall anchors, screws, set screws, and a paper mounting template for quick setup.

How should I clean the Matte Black finish?
Clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid abrasive sponges, harsh chemicals, or bleach, as these can wear down the protective matte black finish over time.
