Drug Facts Uses and Directions

Uses: For the treatment of acne; reduces the number of acne blemishes and allows skin to heal.

Directions: Shake before use. Clean skin thoroughly. Cover the affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Start once daily because excessive drying may occur, then gradually increase if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce use to once daily or every other day.

Warnings

For external use only. Irritation and dryness are more likely when another topical acne medication is used at the same time; if irritation occurs, use only one unless directed by a doctor. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Store in a cool, dark place.
