How to Fit

1. Heat water to 150°F. Do not boil.
2. Submerge the guard until the thermoplastic softens and becomes pliable.
3. Use the centering arrow and front stop to align your front teeth, then bite gently onto the molar guides.
4. Smooth the forming layer against your teeth and gumline for a secure fit.

For adult nighttime use. Not for use with braces, dentures, or dental implants. Do not use as an athletic mouthguard or for more than 12 hours in a 24-hour period.
