• Folate: 667 mcg DFE (167% Daily Value), from 400 mcg L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt.
• 40:1 inositol blend: 2,050 mg, comprising 2,000 mg myo-inositol and 50 mg D-chiro-inositol.
• Coenzyme Q10 phytosome: 150 mg, a CoQ10/phospholipid complex from sunflower.
• Wild blueberry complex (fruit, leaf and stem; Vaccinium spp.): 50 mg.
• Decaffeinated green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis): 50 mg.
• Pomegranate whole-fruit extract (Punica granatum): 25 mg.

Directions and Cautions

Mix 1 scoop with at least 8 fl oz of water twice daily, or follow your healthcare practitioner's directions. Use only if the container is sealed. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any ingredient. Thorne advises against taking this product's 5-MTHF folate during methotrexate cancer therapy because it can interfere with the treatment's activity. If you take methotrexate for any reason, discuss this supplement with your prescriber.
